FAQ

  • How long until I get my order?
    If the item is in stock, it will be sent within 1-4 business days. However, if the item has to be custom made it may take around 1-2 weeks. This also depends on work load.
  • I want a custom colour, but don't see it on your website?
    If you would like a particular colour and it is not displayed on our website, we can order in the colour that you would like. I try my best to stock all the popular colour's however, I simply cannot stock every single one.
  • My horse/dog needs custom sizing.
    We definitely do custom sizing; just send us an email and we will help you figure out the correct size.
  • What happens if I have ordered the wrong size?
    Any item purchased from GGCustomCords is not refundable or able to be exchanged as all items are hand-made.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently only ship in Australia.
