Store Policy

Warranty

All our products are covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty available to the original purchaser only. 

If a product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturers error within 7 days of the receipt of the product, we will replace it at no cost to the customer with a new identical product.

Our general warranty does not cover damage to the products, wear and tear, or over or incorrect use.

Before sending the product back you will be asked to send photos of your purchase to authorize your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Although care and time has been taken to carefully craft all of our products, GGCustomCords will not be responsible for damage to the products due to incorrect use, damage to the product during transit, or over use.

Returns

Due to the unique nature of the products, we manufacture, we cannot accept any non – warranty returns.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
